Mr. Pennington holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology, with a Minor in Construction Management from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky.  A third generation Contractor, he has over 16 years of construction management experience including Heavy Highway Construction, Commercial Building Construction, Architectural Specialty Construction, and Residential Construction.  He has developed subdivisions in the Brandon, MS area, and has built homes in Paris, TN, The City of Brandon, Rankin County, The City of Pearl, The City of Madison, Madison County, and at the Barnett Reservoir.  He is also a Graduate of the Mississippi Realtors Institute and the Realtors Land Institute - Principles of Subdivision Development.

 

Paul Kuiper, Project Administrator (paul@ridgeviewhomes.net)

A native of Australia, Mr. Kuiper moved to the United States as a child. After playing basketball at Vanderbilt and Baylor University, he moved back to Australia and continued playing at a professional level for eleven years. He later enjoyed a career in sales and marketing, as well as being a national television personality.  Wanting to move closer to family in Mississippi,  Mr. Kuiper moved back to Jackson in 2000,  where he worked for The Walker Foundation mentoring and training young men and women for the work force.   He is a graduate of The Masselle School of Real Estate.  He is married to fellow Aussie Donna and has two children: Shelby(12), Bailey(9)

 Ted Sutton, General Superintendent

Mr. Sutton has over twenty years experience in all aspects of homebuilding.  Before joining Ridgeview Homes, Mr. Sutton was a self employed building contractor in the Magee / Mendenhall area.  His craftsmanship an attention to detail is apparent in our finished homes, and his mark of quality can be found throughout.

Joe Jacobs, Master Carpenter

Mr. Jacobs brings over thirty years of construction experience to the table, specializing in rough carpentry, finish carpentry, flooring, and painting.  His commitment to produce a quality product signifies him as a true craftsman.... a rare find in the construction field today.
