I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience the entire planning, construction, move-in, and post-construction follow up was with you during the construction of my new home.  Thank you for being involved every step of the way.  From the first meeting to discuss the possibility of constructing my new home, your strong integrity and professionalism was so apparent, I decided not to even consider another builder.  Your selection of subcontractors and suppliers along with your attention to detail and superior craftsmanship made the entire process of construction an easy task.  This was especially important to me as I was working a full time job and was not able to be at the site daily, even weekly sometimes.  Your knowledge of residential construction and the latest in home designs and trends make the "custom" home truly a custom home.  You and and all the crews you employ were very friendly and professional whenever I was on site and would answer any questions and concerns.  Your availability and customer service has continued well after the construction was complete.  If I have the opportunity to build another home or recommend a builder to anyone, You will be the only one I will use or recommend.

David Pennington built our home over the Summer and Fall of 2004. My wife and I had never remotely considered building a house!  When we couldn't find what we were looking for in the location that we wanted at the price we wanted, we started entertaining the idea.  Friends of ours had David building for them and after looking at few homes that he had built, one of them having been award winning on the Parade of Homes, we made what for us was a huge decision- to trust that he would build a good home for a good price in a timely manner.

Our experience was overwhelmingly positive!  David built for us a home that we are very proud to call ours.  He helped us through unknown territory and we learned so much.  His craftsmanship, knowledge of construction, and management of his crews all show that he knows what he is doing!  He helped us understand the why and why not of situations that we ran into.  The people that worked for him respect him and did an excellent job of whatever task to which they were assigned.  Perhaps one of the most important things to us is that he didn't build for us then disappear!  He was and is always accessible.  He has been very thorough and always unfailingly pleasant to work with in what for us was an intimidating process, before and after the completion of our home.

Thank you so much for building me such a beautiful home.  I also want to thank my friend ****** ********** who is a past client of yours and referred you to me.  My home shows your attention to detail and quality.  All of your crews were delightful to work with, and your follow-up and warranty repair service is excellent.  Your crew came out within 24 hours to adjust my garage door after it stopped working!!  Some of my friends warned me about dealing with builders, but I tell them that they have never dealt with you...  they would have a different opinion if they did!! 

Once again, thank you for everything, and when I get ready to build again, be assured that you will have the job.
